10 Jun Setting a Global Research Agenda for Service-Learning and Community Engagement: Data Analysis
Join us for Part 2 of a two-part series on advancing research in service-learning and community engagement (SLCE). This follow-up session focuses on analysing the data collected during our first event. Participation is open to all—you don’t need to have attended Part 1 to join this discussion!
Engagement Australia is proud to support scholars and practitioners in shaping a forward-looking research agenda for our field. During this session, participants will collaboratively review and analyse over 275 research questions submitted by colleagues from our region—questions that highlight key priorities in SLCE research and practice.
The insights generated will contribute to the Australia/New Zealand section of the IARSLCE Global Research Agenda, alongside perspectives from similar sessions held in Asia, Europe, North America, South America, and Africa. The final agenda will be presented at IARSLCE’s 25th Anniversary Conference in Durban, South Africa this August.
What to Expect:
- Collaboratively analyse, organise, and prioritise research questions
- Work in small groups using a structured method developed by IARSLCE
- Help draft the Australia/New Zealand section of the global research agenda
